We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting the revised terms on the Site. Please check this page periodically. Those transfers may involve transmission over different networks and changes needed to meet the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

Without our express written permission, you may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Service, any use of the Service, access to the Service, or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided. Headings are included for convenience only and do not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

The material on this Site is provided for general information. Before relying on it for a decision, please also consult primary sources that are more accurate, complete, or current. We are not responsible if Site information is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and any reliance on it is at your own risk.

The Site may contain historical information. By its nature, historical information is not current and is provided only for reference. We reserve the right to change Site content at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information. You are responsible for monitoring changes to the Site.

Product prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service, or any part or content of it, at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

Some products or services are available only through our online store, and quantities may be limited. If you are considering a return or exchange, our Return & Refund Policy sets out the conditions that apply; returns and exchanges are available only in accordance with that policy.

We make every reasonable effort to display product colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen will display every color accurately. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to limit sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right case by case. We also reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product or service we offer.

Product descriptions and prices may change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We may discontinue any product at any time. Any offer made on this Site is void where prohibited. We do not warrant that any product, service, information, or other material purchased or obtained through the Service will meet your expectations, or that every error in the Service will be corrected.

Subject to applicable law, we may refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time, including after order confirmation or a card charge. Reasons may include, without limitation, stock availability, delivery restrictions, payment verification, an obvious pricing error, suspected misuse, operational constraints, or legal concerns.

Before accepting or processing your order, we may ask for additional information or verification reasonably needed to review it. This may help us verify payment, prevent fraud, confirm that we can serve your destination, or meet legal requirements. We may also check payment details and relevant personal information to help prevent unauthorized card use. If we reasonably suspect fraudulent use of a credit or debit card, we may cancel the order directly.

We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order. These limits may apply to orders placed through the same customer account, with the same credit card, or using the same billing or shipping address. We also reserve the right to restrict or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

Please keep your purchase and account details current, complete, and accurate. You agree to provide these details and update them promptly, including your email address and payment-card information, so we can complete transactions and reach you when needed. If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to contact you using the email address, billing address, or telephone number you provided. We may provide access to third-party tools. We do not monitor these tools and have no control or input in how they operate. You acknowledge and agree that access is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty, representation, condition, or endorsement of any kind.

We have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools. Your use of any optional tool offered through the Site is entirely at your own risk and discretion. You should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which the relevant third party provides the tool.

We may offer future services, features, tools, or resources through the Site. All such additions are also subject to these Terms of Service.

Some content, products, or services available through our Service may include third-party materials. Links on this Site may take you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating their content or accuracy. We make no warranties and accept no liability or responsibility for third-party materials, websites, products, or services.

Before making a purchase or another transaction on a third-party website, please read its policies and practices and make sure you understand them. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, or content, or to any other transaction made in connection with a third-party website. For complaints, claims, concerns, or questions about third-party products, please contact the relevant third party.

We are under no obligation to keep a Comment confidential, pay compensation for it, or respond to it. We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit, or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion is unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, otherwise objectionable, or in violation of another party's intellectual property rights or these Terms.

Your Comments must not violate any third-party right, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality, or another personal or proprietary right. They must not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive, or obscene material, or any virus or malware that could affect the Service or a related website. You may not use a false email address, impersonate another person, or otherwise mislead us or a third party about the source of a Comment. You are solely responsible for your Comments and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for Comments posted by you or any third party.

The Site or Service may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, or availability.

Subject to applicable law, we reserve the right to correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission; change or update information; or cancel an affected order at any time without prior notice, including after you submit the order, receive confirmation, or incur a card charge. We have no obligation to update, amend, or clarify information in the Service or on a related website, including pricing information, except as required by law. A stated update or refresh date does not mean that all information in the Service or on a related website has been changed or updated.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any prohibited use.

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that results obtained through the Service will be accurate or reliable. From time to time, we may remove the Service for an indefinite period or cancel it at any time without notice. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the Service is at your sole risk.

Except where we expressly state otherwise, the Service and all products and services delivered through it are provided "as is" and "as available," without representations, warranties, or conditions of any kind, express or implied. This includes implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Hozo, or our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors, be liable for any injury, loss, or claim, or for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind. This includes lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or similar damages, whether based in contract, tort, including negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your use of the Service or any product obtained through it, or from any other claim related in any way to your use of the Service or a product. This limitation includes errors or omissions in content and any loss or damage arising from content or a product posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service, even if we were advised that the loss or damage was possible. Where a state or jurisdiction does not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Stock levels can change quickly, so an item shown as in stock may no longer be available when we review your order. The person returning an item is responsible for ordinary return costs and costs arising from a customer-requested exchange, unless our Return & Refund Policy assigns a specific shipping cost for a Hozo-approved remedy to us.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hozo and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by a third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or any document incorporated by reference, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will remain enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. The unenforceable part will be deemed severed from these Terms without affecting the validity or enforceability of any other provision.

The obligations and liabilities incurred by either party before the termination date survive termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms remain effective unless and until terminated by you or us. You may terminate them at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services or by ceasing to use the Site.

If, in our sole judgment, you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice. You will remain liable for all amounts due through the termination date, and we may deny you access to the Services or any part of them.

Our failure to exercise or enforce a right or provision of these Terms does not waive that right or provision. These Terms, together with any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Site or in relation to the Service, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, including any prior version of these Terms. Any ambiguity in interpreting these Terms will not be construed against the drafting party.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting changes on the Site. You are responsible for checking the Site periodically. Your continued use of or access to the Site or Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Applicable sales tax will be added to an order as required by local law. Any adjustment of sales tax is subject to applicable law and our Return & Refund Policy.

Hozo is not liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits or revenue, the cost of replacement goods, loss of or damage to goods or services arising from the use of or inability to use this Site or any product purchased from hozo.it, or damages resulting from the use of or reliance on information presented on this Site.

For every destination we serve, Hozo covers 20% of any customs duty or brokerage fee charged. If you use an approved Fastest Shipping service, "Tariff-free" means Hozo covers the customs duty charged for that service. For that approved service, this Fastest Shipping rule applies in place of the 20% customs-duty contribution.

The global 20% contribution still applies to customs duty or brokerage fees under other shipping methods, and to brokerage fees outside the Fastest Shipping Tariff-free promise. VAT, sales tax, import tax, and other local government charges remain separate unless checkout, applicable law, or Hozo's written confirmation provides otherwise. You can use one coupon code per order. From time to time, we may offer a free gift or lamp when an order reaches a stated minimum value. These promotional gifts are limited to one free lamp or gift per customer.

We work to keep prices accurate, though an error may occasionally appear on the Site. An incorrectly listed price cannot be applied to your order. If this happens, we may ask how you would like to proceed, confirm the correct price, discuss an available option, or cancel the order. Subject to applicable law, these rights apply at any time, including after order confirmation or a card charge.

We work to provide reliable information, but we do not guarantee that all information on the Site is accurate, complete, or reliable. The Site may contain an error or omission in a product description, price, or availability. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, to correct or update an error or omission, change information, or cancel an affected order. This right applies whether the issue results from a typographical error, information received from a supplier, or another cause.

If you would like to cancel a standard order without charge, please make sure your request reaches us within 24 hours after you place the order. The custom-order and other exclusions in our policies still apply. The deadline is based on when we receive your request, and cancellation takes effect only when Hozo confirms it in writing.

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot stop it in transit. You can receive the parcel and request an ordinary return within 14 days after receipt, following the ordinary-return process. The 30%-50% charge does not apply simply because an order has been dispatched. If you instead refuse delivery of a dispatched parcel, a charge equal to 30%-50% of the order value and the applicable return-shipping cost will apply. If the refused parcel cannot reasonably be returned to the sender, no refund is available.

For a customized or made-to-order item, cancellation or changes are no longer available once customization or production begins. An item is not considered custom or non-cancelable simply because it ships directly from the factory.

In some cases, we may provide a fixture marked 220V for an order placed for a 110V version when the fixture's electrical specifications confirm that it supports the full voltage range and is safe to use on 110V. A compatible full-range voltage marking alone does not make the fixture an incorrect item.

If the item does not support the voltage you ordered, or you have received a different product model, please email [email protected] with your order details within 7 days after receipt. The 7-day incorrect-item process in our Return & Refund Policy applies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of HONG KONG, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will beresolved in the courts of HONG KONG, unless applicable law requiresotherwise.
